Terms and Conditions

1. General

These terms apply to all users of our website and all guests of Zibrish Rooftop Restaurant. We may update these terms without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the latest version.

2. Reservations

• Dining table reservations can be made via phone, in person, or online.
• Banquet bookings must be made offline and are not accepted through the website and will be done only against advance payment
• Reserved tables will be held for a 20-minute grace period from the time of booking and can be resheduled only once subject to availability.
• Private dining or large group bookings may require advance confirmation and payment.

3. Cancellations and No-Shows

• For dining: Cancel at least 24 hrs in advance or minimum 12 hours before the scheduled time for refund as per policy.
• Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may lead to restrictions on future bookings.
• Private dining and event cancellations follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Banquet booking advance payments are non-refundable but issued as a credit note valid for 60 days.

4. Guest Conduct

Guests must behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and property. We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anyone violating these terms or causing disturbances.

5. Payments

• Accepted modes: Cash, UPI, debit cards, and credit cards
• Event and banquet bookings: 50% advance payment required; remaining 50% before the event
• Applicable taxes will be added to the bill
• Promotional offers/discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise

6. Food Allergies and Dietary Needs

Please inform staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order. While precautions are taken, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

7. Website Usage

By using our website, you agree not to misuse, hack, or disrupt our services. All text, images, logos, and design are the property of Zibrish and may not be used without permission.

8. Liability

• Zibrish Rooftop Restaurant is not liable for injury, loss, or damage on the premises unless due to proven negligence.
• We are not responsible for temporary website unavailability or technical issues.
