Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Zibrish Rooftop Restaurant, we value your time and trust. This policy ensures transparency and helps us maintain smooth service for all guests.

1. Table Reservations

(e.g., Unlimited Breakfast, Unlimited Lunch, Happy Hour)

  • Cancellation Window: Must cancel at least 1 day in advance or a minimum of 6 hours before booking time.
  • No-Show Policy: Tables will be released if not arrived within 20 minutes without notice.
  • Repeated no-shows may lead to restrictions on future bookings.
  • Advance Payment (If Applicable):
    • Fully refundable if canceled at least 24 hours before the reservation.
    • Non-refundable if canceled less than 24 hours before the reservation.

2. Advance Table Bookings and Pre Paid Offer reservations

(e.g., Unlimited Breakfast, Unlimited Lunch, Happy Hour)

  • Advance Deposit Requirement: 50% at the time of booking. Remaining 50% must be paid again the bill.
  • Cancellation & Refund Policy:
    • 100% refund if canceled 24 hours or more in advance.
    • 50% refund if canceled 12 hours in advance.
    • No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event.
  • Refunds processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Private Dining & Group Celebrations

(e.g., birthdays, anniversaries)

  • Advance Deposit Requirement: 30% at the time of booking.
  • Remaining 70% must be paid before the event starts.
  • Cancellation & Refund Policy:
    • 100% refund if canceled 48 hours or more in advance.
    • 50% refund if canceled 24–48 hours in advance.
    • No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event.
  • Refunds processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Banquet Bookings

  • Advance Payment: 50% at the time of booking.
  • Remaining 50% must be paid before the function starts.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Advance payment is non-refundable.
    • Issued as a credit note valid for 60 days (adjustable against future bookings).
    • No cash or bank refund will be provided.

5. Online Orders (If Applicable)

  • Orders can be canceled within 10 minutes, subject to kitchen confirmation.
  • No refund once the food is prepared or dispatched.
  • If we make an error or quality issue occurs, a full refund or replacement will be offered.

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days.
